LOL. First of all, while what you say about Nintendo and 3rd-parties is generally true, but on Switch it seems different. Many reported better sales on Switch than on any other platform, including PS4.

I don't know about Wolfenstein, because it is a shooter, which is the genre that works better on Xbox.

But Dark Souls is bound to be a game that has a better chance on Switch. Xbox is performing bad for these type of game, earlier Souls-entries sold only a third on Xbox compared to Playstation. Given, Switch is no Playstation, but Souls is not a game strongly bound to the Xbox-brand.

Having to choose between these two version, in a normal situation i would have said X1 but due to the lack of important games on Switch at the moment and in the near future i'll say Switch.

Didnt LA Noire Remastered sell just as much or more on Switch than XBO?

Definitely Switch. A difference of other releases, this will be released the same day on all consoles, this time the Switch version will not be at a disadvantage. Portability will make a difference.

Also this will be released for the first time on a nintendo console.
