Well according to Sony God of War III sold 5.2 million in just over 2 years, I think it's fair to assume it sold at least 6.5 million lifetime on PS3, maybe as much as 7m.

God of War PS4 is going to be a lot bigger, probably not twice as big though. I think 10-12m is a good estimate.
