I'm playing Mystic Quest on SNES emulator. 

The last time I played this game was probably 8-9 years ago (Geez, I'm getting old), and I'm having a blast with it today. Sure, it's pretty easy compared to other FF games, but I don't see this as a problem at all. I guess sometimes you need an easy game.

Well, I still think FF4 is the best FF on SNES, but Mystic Quest is not bad at all. It's fun and easy and that's not a bad thing, at least for me.

Also, I love how you can jump and use your weapons to solve puzzles.

I think it was the first FF game released in Europe. I've heard that it was made intentionally easy, but I haven't actually tried the game out myself. I'm happy that you enjoyed it though!

Literally the worst FF ever made.

Yeah, worse than II.

But nostalgia is a powerful thing.

It's not the best RPG, far from the worst as well.

Well, it's not the best FF ever, but it's not that bad. At least for me.

For the record VIII isn’t in my high tier of FFs, but it’s not bad either.

Nothing will ever beat II leveling system, it’s a broken game with the worst dungeons in the series.

I seem to remember mashing my way through Mystic Quest in a few hours and wondering how I would have felt had I purchased it over...well, almost any other RPG on the SNES or MD.

Sometimes you just need something quick and easy. It's Final Fantasy Light.

But the music is quite cool.
