When losing weight one imporntant thing is to realize, that misteps happen. One day you might fail to keep with your eating/exercising goals, but that doesn´t nullify the other days. Don´t worry about those days and try to go back to eating healthily and exercising. Most healthy kind of progress is slow and long lasting. Quick diets don´t often work.
It might be a good idea to not look at the scale at all (few months) and consentrate on changing eating habits and exercising more. Maybe start a new hobby that involves some physical activity.
