Yay!!! Would that mean we would get more footage of Smash before e3? Or It will be at e3?

And does that mean they will not do a Live stage at e3?

Pocky Lover Boy!

try to contain your excitement, this doesnt really confirm anything we didnt already know. first off, this will be at E3, so if they have anything new to show off, it will likely be before this even happens, and we kind of already knew they were going to do that with it being E3 and all.

this will be good for showing off gameplay but thats about it. if youre not one for tournaments, you really have no need to watch this

Smash might come out really really soon like July - August.

Splatoon and Arms got invitational before the game launches last year both were summer titles (June - July)

This is not what Smash fans do. You should know that.

This is making me scared that Smash isn't brand new. Hopefully I'm being too cautious

Eh, IMO fact that we will have Smash and Splatoon 2 tournament on E3 is existing.

Splatoon 2 launched last year (summer) with the online app before the paid version in fall. (obviously it was delayed)

I can see Smash being the same. They could launch it together with the paid online or launch it a month or two before the paid online. (as a server test)
