Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the biggest mover in a slow month. Super Mario Party gains enough to remain in the top 20 while Picross S drops out.

The first party release in March is Yoshi's Crafted World.

Why is Bayonetta 2 listed as a first party title? Its a third party game with publishing rights. Nintendo doesn't own the IP, just like they don't own Ultimate Alliance 3, yet are invested in the franchises future. Outside of that, this is great list.
