I’ve added a digital 3rd party since my last post.

I pre-purchased Smash's digital version. Do I need to repost the buy once the game is released?

No. We are only a few days away from the next monthly summary and SSBU releases early in December, so I'll add it to the spreadsheet right after I've finished November.

But usually it's preferable if prepurchased games aren't posted about until the month they are released in, so this specific case here is an exception.

I don't think you updated properly. Did you see my last update? Three digital only games.

Great. Thanks!

Rol,

I need to update my list of 3rd parties. I’m at 23 physical and 18 digital.

That raises the question how your amount of third party games could decrease, because digital games can't be sold. You've probably not noted whether your third party games were physical or digital in one of your previous posts, and in that case I add them as digital titles. But in reality they could be physical games and you sold a few of them. Clarification is appreciated.

those would be the free downloadable titles, of which i dont really consider 'owning' since no money was spent and they were all uninstalled

This is what my spreadsheet has about you:

Vs. Super Mario Bros. (D)
Breath of the Wild (P)
Mario Kart 8 (P)
Splatoon 2 (P)
Super Mario Odyssey (D)
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (D)

10 third party games; 1 physical, 9 digital.

As for your first party games, here's some clarification from my side. I do not count DLC as its own game, so Splatoon 2's Octo Expansion doesn't count. However, Torna is a special case because it was released as standalone game, so I count it as its own game. Nintendo Switch Online doesn't count as game ownership because it's a rental; games can only be played for as long people are subscribed to the service.

Rol,

I need to update my list of 3rd parties. I’m at 23 physical and 18 digital.

The numbers are at 25 and 17 now, so I hope that means you sold two physical games and bought another digital one. Otherwise there has been a mistake on my end or your end somewhere. Ultimately, that's a matter of my own curiosity though, so you don't need to answer. I'll change the figures to 23 and 18 in any case.

What I do need an answer for are your first party totals. While doing the latest update, I've noticed that I hadn't entered your Pikachu game in the column of the Pokémon games during the previous update, but I am not sure if I had previously overlooked that post of yours altogether or if I only forgot to add said game to the Pokémon column. So is it 18 physical/1 digital first party games or 19/1?

The mistake is mine, I’ve made a small recount of my actual library and while I’ve added one new game in the total I gave you, I remembered I added one game and did a refund in the same week, but forgot to inform you to make the change. Which is basically why I’m doing this update.

I’m good on the first, your spreadsheet is still up to date. So keep the good work !

Super Mario Party (D)

Two more digital third party games for me (R-Type Dimensions EX and Riptide GP Renegade).
