Man, I think most people would kill rather than be killed. It's just in human nature, survival is encoded in every single living being's DNA.

Depends.If he is trying to kill me, then kill.If there is a maniac that forces me to choose either to kill a friend or kill myself, then Ill jump on the maniac

It depends on the situation.

Kill an innocent person. Easy.

If you don't value your life above other peoples' then become an organ donor, kill yourself and save 7 lives.

OK, let's say you're kidnapped, and forced inside of a room made of re-inforced steel and the door locked from the other side, with an intercom of the person giving you an ultimatum. Kill the person in the room who is tied up and not a threat, or choose to let him/her live at the expense of you getting killed.

Again, it depends.Ill always look for another solution, as in a flaw in the killer plans.If thats not possible, and lets just say that I have no other option, I would kill the person if I didnt know him.If he was a friend or something of the sort, probably myself to save my friend.

But then again, this is one of those situations that you dont know what you are going to do until it happens.
