I didn't watch the whole thing but I watched the Octopath Traveler trailer and oh my, that game looks SO amazing and the combat looks super fun and interesting. I love job systems.

diablo 3 on switch announced

i will shroud myself in victory. I so called South park ! which i'm very happy about, since i dont own a xbox one or a ps4. i was really waiting for this one. i just hope that the first one will be availaible too.

Smash is great. now to see if it's a new game or a port.

Yeah I groaned when I saw that. Makes me worry about the prospects of Luigi's Mansion 3, especially if NextLevelGames is making the remake. Like obviously it's inevitable, but later rather than sooner.

Yeah, it should be a nice cross platform game so Luigi's mansion 3 will have a fanbase on Switch.

So, I'll play the part of the 3DS defender here. Luigi's Mansion being a remake for 3DS makes sense because the assets are already there, and because the game was intended to have the capability to be played with stereoscopic 3D visuals (which the 3DS happens to have, go figure.)

That said, I am pretty disappointed that they didn't announce any new 3DS localisations.

Yeah, I understand that and it will not affect me really because I have a 3DS but still making it cross plat will help the fanbase on the Switch.

I certainly hope that only a part of Next Level Games is working on the remake - and especially hope that its sales figures won't affect the development of the next Luigi's Mansion on Switch.

Let's just say that while, as a 3DS owner, I'm happy for the new game announcements - I'm also not blind to the fact that practically every 3DS game past Pokémon Sun/Moon was most likely a sales disappointment to Nintendo.

I'll help you by mentionning about the remake of one of the best RPG's of the 7th Gen. Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, seriously who cannot be hyped by this while owning a 3DS !
