This. Didn't really like that we only had 2 for the longest time. Now that there's only one -it feels less like a proper team and more of a leadership of volunteers with one reigning far too much power. Either hire 2 head mods, not the deputy bullshit, or cut out the head stuff all together and have it run with equal say between mods.
