Congratulations to everyone for their work, especially for Axum for his years of service!

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Axum did a great job as head mod. Sad to see him stepping down. Thanks Axum for all who have done for the site.

Can't give away all the secrets. ;)

I assume that I will have to fill out an application yet again. You should implement a pity system where users automatically become mods after they've reached a certain amount of submitted applications over the years.

You're doing it wrong! The ideal moderator is someone who doesn't want to be a moderator, not someone who's made it their life goal.

You need to stop sending in applications, and maybe to reverse your previous years of campaigning start your own "Why I shouldn't be a moderator thread."

Wanting it so badly might make you seem power hungry. You need to take a lesson from the great dictators of history.

RIP Axum, he is not long for this world.

I have to say, only having one head mod does make me a bit weary, but I hope that these changes will be for the better.

Why?

Someone must end this tyranny.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

It seems like there'd be too much control in the hands of one person.

Are you concerned about that from an organization design perspective, or are you only concerned because you think I don't like you?

Both, I'd say.

VGP is forgetting there still is a supreme mod above the head mod.

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

Big thanks to Torillian and Zekkyou for their work and for Axum who's changing from Head mod to mod, you guys do a great job on here and people often seem to forget that you do it all as volunteers, people give out to ye at times as though ye are paid to do this work but yeah... fantastic work considering ye babysit from the goodness of yer heart!

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

We should make Rol headmod aswell
