No they didn't said that, they said "We have nothing to announce" and that's totally different thing, that can easily mean that game is coming on Switch but they can revealed it or confirmed it yet. I mean hardly they would confirmed game via email and to say "yes, we are working on game", especially if they are under NDA.

People forgetting that after Switch initial trailer when we had Skyrim in it, and Bethesda was asked for confirmation for Skyrim on Switch, they said same thing "We have nothing to announce" even we saw game on Switch hardware in trailer.

Debatable. I felt that Diablo 3 was heavily consolized... And thus lost allot of the charm that Diablo 2 had.
It fits well with the controllers, that's for sure.

I should probably get around to playing the expansion at some point, but it feels like a task. Haha

Diablo 3 could run on a toaster. I would be very surprised if a decent port couldn't do 60fps at native resolutions.

After the hoopla about a possible version, short of there being some actual beef between Activision Blizzard and Nintendo, I don't see why a Diablo 3 port wouldn't be farmed out to a external team if it hasn't been done already.

Maybe they are waiting waiting on the Wasteland 2 and Pillars of Eternity ports that are coming to Switch to view the market.
