well then, the problem here is that awakening emera are supposed to be used on fully evolved mons but they can be used on any mon in the PMD series and the rules don't state it to be used on fully evolved..... :| loop holes yay :(

Speaking of which, the descriptions for Mega Evolution and Awakening say that they increase + votes from 6 to 12 or from 6 to 10, but +6 votes only apply to mid-stage Pokemon, right? What is the actual point increase? Is it just a flat +6 or +4, respectively?

I mainly copied from the Legendary elim game which had a base + and - but mega is still +12 and awakened is +10.
