I am racing fan but this game did nothing for me, it doesn't have normal tracks but open city with arrows so you watch the arrows all the time instead of the track but you often make the wrong turns anyway, don't know why this game gets so much love.

Same here, I think it's trash.

You have to know the city by heart, otherwise you will make a wrong turn and all the other AI opponents (who of course know how to get to the finish line) will be far far away. Good luck building up your boost without them to get some speed to catch up.
Also pausing and looking at the map screen to look where the fuck you need to go will break your boost chain. Brilliant idea.

and yet again, EA decided to not support the switch. a game that old would work perfectly fine on the switch, the install base is now big enough to justify putting game on the switch froim a business stand point, and it would have been a very much needed game on the switch giving an alternative to mariokart if you want to play a racing game on the switch. i'm sure it would have sell very well.

I doubt they were too lazy. I'd say they made a decision to exclude it for whatever reason.

Anyway great news  Me and my buddies will pick this up when it's 10 euro in a psn sale.

Oh I agree completely.Making a version more obscure to the public is surely and excellent tactic that is bound to bring millions of sale to the PC version.

You are a genious.

What makes it more genius, is how it's going to be Origin based, so EA are trying to let their own userbase know next to nothing by not telling them a thing (except leaving a tiny blurb in a video description section).

Step right up come on in, feel the buzz in your veins, I'm like an chemical electrical right into your brain and I'm the one who killed the Radio, soon you'll all see

So pay up motherfuckers you belong to "V"

Certainly, a groundbreaking move.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

strange, this would be a perfect fir for switch hardware, i guess EA thinks supporting switch is not worth it, or this game will get announced for it later.

I think EA will make an exclusive need for speed for the switch that's why paradise isn't coming to the switch

Well I think it's bound to happen the moment Nintendo signs that Origin deal with EA.

Yes, very likely.

what deal? I think if any deal happens, the remaster will be ported, EA is not gonna make any exclusive switch games unless it's something like 1-2 switch, something very small budget with gimmicks. although like i said before, i think this remaster will be announced for switch later, or EA just doesn't want to support switch properly.

This. They should have just remade Burnout Takedown from ground up. There are so two key elements missing in Paradise that make it an incomplete Burnout game:

1) lack of a proper crash mode

2) proper purpose designed race tracks

The openworld made it the worst possible Burnout game for me. The fun factor of driving and battling was gone as the focus shifted to remembering where you area and to make you stay on the correct route .
