I'd watch ice hockey despite the absence of NHL players, but broadcast times are pretty bad.

Can't produce consistent results? We have the three most winning winter-olympians of all time, and we've been in the top three nations 6 of the last 8 times.

Pretty weak for a country where going to work already counts as training for the Winter Olympics. Gotta admire the countries that actually have summer and have to actually put some effort into training.

And speaking of arbitrary records, Germany has been in the top TWO 11 times of the last 13 Olympics. That's what I call consistency.

Nope. Was going to watch hockey, but the NHL isn't sending the hockey players, so probably not going to be interested till the very end.



Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Pfff, the east german druggies don't count.

But yeah, Germany is pretty decent. I mean, 1.54 gold medals per million capita (including said east-german gold medals) is pretty decent. Not quite 23.7, but quite good nonetheless!
