Maybe they are scared to port? Might get worser reviews and port it just as bad as WWE 2k18?

At least WWE2k18 isn't Dead Rising Wii. The 1 Zombie lol.

It would be nice playing it on the go. Maybe they need a team like Panic Button that ported Doom Switch to help them port it or maybe there's another reason we don't know about?

I heard that people say that the cause is unreal engine 3 not being supported on the switch. I'm not sure if the studio confirmed it.

That's their choice, really. Probably would've helped them significantly with sales, considering how well the Switch indie Renaissance is going, but if they want to throw away money (or, more likely, it's too cost-prohibitive to port due to current sales figures/budget issues) that's well within their rights

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!

That wasn't even rude, snarky maybe but not rude or unprofessional. You got a bunch of different platforms available to play it in, do you really NEED it for the Switch?

Is a bit disappointing, probably will get this game for PC when it's on a good sale

I'm on the side that they could have handled this situation better, such as an official statement in regards as to why. Sure, there's no need for them to do that, but I think that would help clear this quest of a Switch version rather than how they're handling it now.

Now I do wonder if they have made a statement on it before. If they did, I can understand why they give answers like the ones shown.

I feel it's unfortunate that they won't be porting it to the Switch, as I would have liked to have gotten it on that, but it's they're decision and I'll respect that. Though more often it's said porting to the Switch not such a difficult task, so I wonder about this case.

I find it funny that people praise that Japanese matey for being a dick to port beggars but criticise these guys for doing it. I guess which side the port beggars are on makes all the difference...

There's a difference between those 2 situations though. A Bayonetta 2 port doesn't seem to be possible since Nintendo helped produce the game, meanwhile as far as I know A Hat In Time doesn't have that issue. So asking for a port seems like a fair thing to do.

I like this dev's approach. Switch port begging has gotten pretty embarrassing.

Is it wrong for people to want more games on particular systems? I'd like there to be as many on the Switch as possible.

It's fine to want the game, but when the answer's no, it's no.

That's fair. I just mean asking for ports in general.
