The overwhelming meddling from foreign actors was pro-Hillary including nearly all of the established politicians&media from foreign countries that wanted Hillary because they had already bought her. The Clinton Foundation took so much foreign money that the FBI opened multiple investigations into her 'pay to play' bribery, but of course Hillary was able to escape after she had deleted the subpoenaed evidence (33K emails).
