On TrueAchievements, the X1 versions sits above The Evil Within (0.68m retail according to VGC) and just below RE7 (0.71m).
700k sold at retail at this point is a good bet. Add to that ~140k-210k digital sales (20%-30% of retail) and you will easily reach 1m shipped, probably closer to 1.1m.
