He can't contain himself for long. And it's understandable why, after all, Trump has really set a new standard for accomplishing goals and passing laws in the shortest amount of time humanly possible. So I can't really fault him, he's just used to that fast pace political life style. This Net Neutrality debate needs to get into high gear and be over with!
