Awesome, my Pro on a 1080p tv becomes slightly more useful.

Because this option forces the game to run at 4k (if it supports 4k) rather than 1080p. You'll get the same framerate you would get playing it on a 4k tv.

Basically just a way to get around games that support 4k but don't support super-sampling, that detect your tv is 1080p and so runs the game at 1080p without giving you a choice.

For people with trouble following all those frames at once.



If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

So now even if you only have a 1080p tv, getting the Pro seems like a must.



About time really. Should have been day 1.



I was worried that the Pro would never get system-wide supersampling, so I'm rather happy this is happening. Now it's just a matter of whether it will cause any technical problems.
