If the poll results are favorable, then I would add the Xbox One and Switch to this thread just to have it all in one place and make it easier for those who are interested in how all 3 are performing to keep track of them all instead of juggling 3 different threads.

Sounds perfect!!!

Im sure it will descend into chaos. But that's fun to :p

It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.

MAJOR THREAD UPDATE:

This is now a full blown Console Comparison Thread. I have added the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch to this battle and I will be continuously doing updates and comparisons between all three of them.

As a result of this overhaul, I would like to request the Mods to change this thread from "Sony Discussion" to "Sales Discussion."

Thank you for doing this.

This is gonna be a really interesting year.

Around the Network

Now for the actual weekly update.

PS4: I made some adjustments in accordance to the ones posted by VGChartz that are on the "Hardware by Date" tab under "Tools" on the main homepage. 2018 is still ahead, but it only got ahead as of Week 11 and its lead is not as big as it was before.

XBO: So far, 2018 has been consistently up over 2017 every single week. As a result, it is considerably up at this point. Looks like PUBG and the Xbox One X sure added some desperately needed gasoline to the fire.

NS: After having an 8 week head start over the Switch's launch, and then having it's lead cut emphatically in Week 9, the Switch has been able to win week 11 and only lose Week 10 by a few thousands. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in the coming weeks as Switch stock was like a roller-coaster during its first 3 months.

You're very welcome! And yes, this should be very interesting, so long as it doesn't get hostile.

Great that you have extended the thread to all three consoles. This will be interesting.

"Which systems will be up YoY?"

All three of them!

Thanks for this chart, it makes everything so much easier
