Good win for Switch, watch your back or PS4 will give a stab.

Wouldn't it be the opposite? The PS4 is the current king being overthrown. The Switch is killing it, not the other way around.

It would take at least 3 years for Switch to pass PS4, but I was only talking 2018 on the comment.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Ah okay, that makes more sense

Honestly, the ps4 needs a price cut asap. I'm suprised it can compete at all with the Switch at the current price point. Sony probably wants to take advantage of MHW, GoW and the next big titles to profit from hw sales, but I wonder if it wouldn't be better to just ride the success of these games and push hw by dropping the price of the slim (500GB model) to 200$/€.

Your right.

"Sony's PlayStation 4 console worldwide shipments has reached 76.5 million, with 9 million coming in the quarter ending December 31, 2017. The figures were released as part of the firm's financial results for Q3 of its financial year. "

Switch is killing the PS4 by over 4000 units this week.

PS Vita is still crawling along, why hasn't sony discontinued it in all regions apart from japan yet? whats the point of keeping it alive outside japan, it makes them such a tiny amount of income it's not worth manufacturing to other countries. If it were nintendo they would have killed it off years ago.

The 3ds still hangs on

They probably have, the Europe numbers have seemed fishy for a long time.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

The Switch is killing it.

It's not being manufactured/sold outside of Asia, really.

The Europe numbers for Vita fishy? Hell yeah, you bet. I had to go to  Gamestop in another city here in Finland to get their last new Vita, and that one was an adventure pack from I wanna say 2k14-15.
