I'm getting deja vu. Switch shortages are getting big again in Japan.
Last edited by Green098 - on 17 January 2018Nintendo has to have more units to sell in Japan if they're expecting to push 20 mil in the next fiscal year. Actually, they might be choking supply only to ramp it up in the next fiscal year to meet that lofty goal. Guess we'll see how long the shortages last and if they happen to clear up in April.
I don't think we need a "new way to play". Probably a "new way to increase stock"
Pocky Lover Boy!
I don't think people should be surprised. Nintendo needs a new contract with suppliers to have stock. I would guess that it will happen in March/April (end of fiscal year).

Subpar single player experience compared to previous installments? I think.
Ill be doing a legs thread for the evergreen switch titles to see if they hit specific targets in 2018.
Splatoon 2 (ex: 750k low goal, 1mil reg goal, 1.25mil high goal)
Other titles are...
MK8D
BotW
SMO
Maybe ARMS? Or not... Stay tuned
As reported earlier, Switch software are experiencing heavy stock issues. It seems that expands to the hardware as well.Having said that, I didnt expect so huge a drop for the Switch.
And congrats to the PS4.For the next weeks, it should be ahead due to MH.
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

The PS4 took a week, from the Switch in japan...... even if stock issues could be the cause, still didnt expect this.
