This direct makes me wonder if Fire Emblem might be the big main game of E3.

Retro also has yet to announce their new game. Unless they've been working on that Donkey Kong port for years?

That'd be hilarious xD.

I didn't buy a lot of those Wii u games and thank God. I get to play better versions of them.

I honestly feel like they're working on Prime 4.

They posted several images of them cooking Prime Rib in the past. Then suddenly people are convinced that Bandai Namco is developing it, and I'm not so sure.

So Mario Tennis looks solid. Maybe a buy?

I'm glad we're getting Tropical Freeze, though I wish they had thrown in Returns as well.

Dark Souls... I had it on PC. Maybe I could get it on Switch depending on how much it costs.

Ys VIII! So glad more folks get to play one of the best games of 2017!

I was literally looking up the PC version of this today, considering whether to place a pre-order, so I'm really, really pleased to see it come to Switch. Heard a lot about Ys but never got into it.

Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition, The World Ends With You, Dark Souls Remastered, Mario Tennis: Aces all looking like likely purchases for me, so long as they're good - I think Tennis is the only question mark there. The news of a story mode is welcome, because the biggest issue with recent Tennis/Golf games has been the lack of content. Hopefully they've solved that.

All said, confirmation of 5 more games I'm likely to buy this year is good news from my perspective. Not an amazing Direct, but pretty good given the time constraints.

I'm not Wow'd but I am satisfied. Definitely picking up the Wii U ports because I love those games. I think the Story Mode on Tennis sold it for me and I'm very excited for Dark Souls. I hope they have an amazing E3 planned.

Looks like Nintendo has nothing planned for 2018, as we thought. Now where's that cliff?

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

By the way, what happened to that whole paid online thing? Wasn't it supposed to be launched already?

Does this cover the releases for the first 6 months of the year or are there likely to be more big announcements?
