Great Numbers! and There's an apparent shortage of stock in Japan.

Total sales for the Switch version of Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, including both physical and digital sales, have topped 500,000 copies worldwide, Bandai Namco announced.

Bandai Namco noted that there has been a shortage of stock in Japan, and asked that fans please wait a little longer as more copies of the game are planned to ship in early February.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 first launched for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in October 2016, followed by Switch in September 2017.

Amazing Sales! Look at these numbers appearing before the direct...... xD

Pocky Lover Boy!

Great news! I really enjoy this game, I played 30+ hours and I'm just not playing more these last days because I received my Xenoblade Chronicles 2 last friday, so I have no time to any other game, but I hope play again in the future.

It looks like it is undertracked here. Amazing numbers, hope that means Fighters Z for Switch will become a thing in the future.

Fun fact, by VGC numbers that means Switch > Xbox.

Unless there are a lot of digital sales not registered......

The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?

That's more than the Xbox One version according to this site.

Thats actually a great number for an old port!Hell, it would be good even for a newly released game.Hopefully that means full support from Bandai.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

I hope the big takeaway from this is an announcement made sooner for Fighter Z on Switch. I really want Switch to be the platform I play that on. Otherwise I'll have it on PC by the end of the year.

Getting the PS4 version, because my childhood friend and I both got into Dragon Ball during high school (back in the late 90s, I'd buy the manga, and then he'd wait for me to lend him the newly released volume. ), and we've been playing most Street Fighter games against each other pretty much since the day we met each other. So we both want to beat the crap out of each other, and since the PS4 is the only system we have in common, that's the only option to us. =P

His Vegeta, VS my Goku!

Ahhh, so many arguments we had about which character is the best and why, and what's going to happen, and etc.

Good ol' days. And Super is bringing this back in us! A journey back into our childhood. So good!

I hope this reaches the million units sold. Dragon Ball games have always done well in Nintendo systems, it's nice to see the trend continue.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Good to hear, love it myself. Eventually I will get the DLC for it as well.
