So looks like the Coalition may be working on a a new IP. If all this recent news about new games is true that would be really good.

Gears of War developer The Coalition is currently working on a brand-new Xbox IP.

Multi-media production house Storylab Productions, an official Microsoft vendor, has mentioned the work on a new intellectual property alongside The Coalition on its website.
