Got a 32'' 720p TV in 2006 then bought the Xbox 360 with PGR3 & Gears of War, good times.

2005 a small 26inch Samsung LCD TV.

Mainly got it because I wanted more room in my bedroom lol. So I packed the CRT into the garage to save space lol.

Then in 2006 Wii and PS3 come along soon after and i started gaming on it.

I guess thoogh my first LCD was a monitor CMV CT-720D 17inch in Dec 2014. First game I tested on it was UT2003 lol.

I bought a PS3 in 2007 but i hook it up to a 32 inch SD CRT until I bought a 1080p 46 inch LCD TV in 2008. My first game on that TV was motorstorm and it was very cool, short after that Uncharted, and that was a milestone for me.

To be honest I did play several games before that on a 22 inch 16:10 monitor with a resolution of 1680x1050 on PC but o don't recall how much time it was before I buy the PS3.

IBM T43p from 2005 had a 15' 1600x1200 IPS display. High res was a thing many years ago.

2012 my first and still only HDTV. 1080p. Xbox 360 not too long after that a PS3 and had a Roku. I didn't fully experience 1080p until 2013 when I replaced the old Roku with one that could do 1080p. I did have an HD Monitor in 2003 but no videos were HD. Actually nevermind. 2008 I played Portal on my PC.
