well if im paying money for a physical game I want the full game. bad or not lol.
As long as you don't buy anything which has a day one patch on either PS4, X1 or the PC then as well that makes sense I guess.
Must be strange playing what... about 3 games which haven't required a patch after purchase this generation? Or are you okay with keeping games in vanilla unpatched states and not going online at all with your systems?
Most mind stay Vanilla actually. I hardly ever go online. I mianly play the single player campaign. As long as there isn't any MAJOR bugs that say wipe your data or prevent you going further in the game meaning you have to restart from the beginning, I can put up with a few bugs here and there.
PC i don't mind as well Steam is Steam it will be around till I die lol.
Not sure if you ever read my thoughts on this topic in general, but every time this comes up I always say I soon would rather see carts that are say 64gb to 128gb with saw 30% writable space for patches. From a console perspective, surely this has to be better than backing up HDDS all the time that are tied to a console? Game patches, updates and save files should be part of the game storage medium. I know I am in the minority but I would pay a premium for that, beats trying to work out how each console works and how the backups work and the extra hdds I need etc.. Essentially I want consoles to age well and turn into retro consoles that have no issues later because the online service has been disconnected for that one 10 years ago.
