At the moment, Nintendo's strategy is absolutely spot on. They're playing to their core audience with well polished nostalgia, have created a console (thank God) that is easy to port to (I told a friend it's what they needed to do, and they have), and they're pushing hard with innovation and imagination to the younger demographic. It's faultless, a masterful demonstration of Nintendo of old.

With Sony's strongest exclusive software to come, it's going to be a two horse race and it suits me just fine when it's between the two companies that made this industry what it is today.

Very well put. I completely agree.

Makes me happy to see The Evil Within getting a little more attention. That game is tragically underrated, and at 20 bucks was a steal. I spread the word as much as I could.

Also I hope to see more movement for Shadow of the Colossus since it's coming up on it's release. One of my top 5 games of all time needs more love.

LABO #1 in U.K., 1 and 3 in Spain, 5 in Italy, 3 and 6 in U.S., 2 in France and Germany, 6 in Canada. It's taking over the world!

If it keeps this up until release, Nintendo could have another 10m+ selling franchise on their hands!

DON'T WIN ME CHIBI BUDDY DON'T WIN ME.

ANIMAL CROSSING NEW LEAF FRIEND CODE:- 5129 1175 1029. MESSAGE ME.
ANDY MURRAY:- GRAND SLAM WINNER!

In my opinion the N64 was not just the best console of the 5th gen but, to this day the best console ever created!

Has it being show in Japan? I can't seem to find it on Amazon page

Chill dude. I wouldnt be happy about that. If nintendo smells the money behind that they will fully focus on gimmicks again. I hope that it will only sell  a million. That will force nintendo to still make a labo2 but also focusing on "real" games.

Thank you. Everyone knows by now that I'm Sony-centric but for some reason they've ignored I also recognise 'greatness' from other companies when I see it. It's there but for some reason has been overlooked. MS are just not up to it and as such I've not seen a serious move from them to disprove what I think, just PR statements, not real market strategies. In the past I've been critical of Nintendo too, largely the push with nostalgia and NOTHING else. This new console (the Switch) is a significant shift in their strategy. How can I not admire the cleverness of Nintendo? It's just insane to me that some people find it difficult to give compliments to a company they don't support, find anything, no matter how silly, to knock them on a daily basis. Of course, just as I have with Sony in the past, I will pull companies up but right now, Nintendo are the 'fashionable' market again and it's good to see.

Here's to the future of video games when the two giants that brought us here battle and push the envelope. MS, get on board.
