The Best Looking Game Of 2018

01. God Of War 15 45.45%

02. Spider-Man 3 9.09%

03. Detroit: Become Human 6 18.18%

04. Red Dead Redemption 2 6 18.18%

05. Battlefield V 3 9.09%

Total:33

Hopefully BFV doesn't get the downgrade treatment that BF1 got.

Hynad said it best. Detroit's characters are as close as we've gotten to models, in game, that look pre-rendered (a big deal coming from someone who's profession involves Character Modeling)...

At times, the discussions and facial animation are scarily good! Not always, but often.

The atmosphere in the game is just fantastic. Detroit isn't flawless (though, no game I've played is), but this is Quantic's best work, bar none! The game-play, while very Heavy Rain-ish, still feels fresh in a few good instances, the people sometimes look like a live person, and the story is pretty immersive.

I gotta be honest, I personally find the character models in this game to look a bit….creepy. Idk, they just look off somehow. Like they're all made of plastic. Though maybe it's just dependent on the lighting, cus the shots of the kids look great, but all the adult faces that have more light exposure…..yikes. Haven't seen anyone else say so though, so maybe it's just me.

Well, they're not really humans, so maybe that was an intended feature

Ya, I asked myself that a while back, but again...I've never seen anyone comment on it, so probably not.

Only big post I'll be doing in here for my 'GOAT' game. No doubt about it! Best looking character models in any game!

So far the clear winner is God of War, but Rage 2 looked fabulous in the debut trailer. Although tonite we might become impressed by Battelfield 5 in the EA conference.

CGI, where are the PC Battelfront 2 images you've posted that prove it beats God of War on the PS4 Pro according to you?

Did you look through the thread? I had several posts with BFII images.

And, overall, it is a toss up between Detroit and God of War, I’ll say. Have to play through them both, on the Pro, to really appreciate what each was trying to do.
