Damn, missed the thread. Too late to post a prediction now, as there's plently new information out since it's creation. Though my tendency of Switch>PS4>XBO would be unchanged for now.

And with the new sales update from Sony with 73.6M until December 31, it looks like PS4 sales in November will be quite a bit higher than those in December

Nah, you are fine man, on ERA the deadline is today, and every year December predictions are influenced by January annunce, make your prediction if you want. :)

Grazie mille Ryng

So, then I'll say:

Switch: 1.5M

PS4: 1.25M

XBO: 1.1M

So apparently its Switch > XB1 > PS4.

I wonder if anyone got it right

Not many put PS4 last. I never. Xbox couldn't beat PS4 being $20 lower and the X launch in November. That's why I put it last. I guess being $50 lower and running the deal for longer was enough this month.

pxrocks could be a genius with this prediction.
ps4 900k

xbox1 1.2m

ns 1.3m

Apparently, you were the only one that make the correct prediction. Congrats

We got some Nintendo numbers! https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180118005439/en/Nintendo-News-Nintendo-Switch-Tops-December-U.S
Switch = 1.5mil (4.8mil LTD)
3DS family > 750k (21mil LTD)
Switch + SNES Classic + 3DS = 2.6mil (puts SNES classic at around 350k)
Switch + SNES Classic + 3DS also account for the majority of hardware sales in December, meaning that PS4, XB1 and all other hardware (Wii U, PS3, X360, Vita etc.) sold less than 2.6mil when combined.
In the software rankings Super Mario Odyssey finished 3rd, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 4th, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 9th, Pokémon Ultra Sun 13th, Pokémon Ultra Moon 14th and Splatoon 2 16th.

Considering these Games came out more than 6 Months ago and still making the top 10 in the crowded Holiday season + being on a single Platform is incredibly remarkable.
Love how Nintendo is showing these greedy companies like EA how it's done!

So for the sake of things let's assume that Nintendo SKUs sold 50% even though the PR says more than 50% that would leave the PS4, Xbox One (PS3, Xbox 360 and the Vita probably with slim to no effect here) at a maximum of 2.6 Million units, probably less.

I remember on Resetera, a leaker said XBO did 91%, PS4 did 72% & 3DS did 50% of NSW. Rounded to the nearest 50k, that puts them at.

NSW-1.50m

XBO-1.35m

PS4-1.10m

3DS-0.75m

So XBO+PS4 did ~2.45 million.

It probably looks like:
XBO= 1.4m
PS4= 1.1m
The Rest= 100k
What a defeat for Sony but IMO they went into December way too cocky with the cheapest PS4 model being 299$ for most of the month.
