This game is in development since 2012 and ate up to 175 million us dollars until now. I doubt it will finish up anytime soon. Probably not in the next years.

Well this is why they are doing the SP game, not only does it help get the features working in a gameplay context but also provides feedback into the core game.

I think 2018 or early 2019 for the Sp game.
