LOL. The Force is female? The on the nose messages in TLJ? Sorry, but there is no conspiracy theory here. Either you choose to be blind to it, or you just agree with those messages, so don't mind them being shoehorned intoa series that never needed them. Part of the reason it fell so hard was because people not liking those messages. Hell, even some people who agree with them hated them being so childishly inserted into the film.

Black and White fallacy? Are you going for every fallacy in the book? You are looking at the package and then announcing Disney's/Kathleen's intent in a categorical manner that does not represent reality. The only thing that is evidenced here is that they care about money. You are just looking at variables and drawing conclusions with surface analytics in a very conspiring manner.

Who cares if the force is female or the "on the nose messages" in TLJ. I'm not just going to take your silly analysis as evidence of your conspiracy theory.

Yea, yea, we get it.  Just label everything a fallacy this or a fallacy that.  An attempt for an easy out, as you have no good arguments/counterpoints to strengthen your own viewpoint.  Really no point in continuing this debate as it is getting quite onesided, and therefore boring.

Awwwww someone's a little upset they got called out for being illogical. Your post I'm quoting is ironic as you didn't say anything in this response in regards to the argument or method of argument. Literally a nothing statement.

Don't commit a fallacy and then shrug it off saying the person is just looking for an easy way out...you doing that is an easy way out. You said I could either choose to be blind to it or just agree with the message. That is the definition of Black and White fallacy. It's fun calling people out on their logical fallacies but I can see why it would get boring for you as you are the one committing them.

And still no evidence (actual evidence, not just your little viewpoint) on your Kathleen Kennedy conspiracy. Too boring to continue or are you thirsty for more?

Without spoiling anything, what was so bad about this movie? I haven't seen it yet.

- Illogical plots that make no sense

- a long useless side story

- The terrible handling of Luke Skywalker

- The dude bro humour that replace mythological approach of SW

The top 2 points are exactly how I felt about Empire Strikes Back, actually. Terrible handling of Luke Skywalker too if you count his gigantic cringey NOOOOOOOOOOOO line; I mean, seriously, that’s MUCH worse than anything Jerry Springer or Maury Povich paternity tests ever got.

I suppose the next point would be all the clear merchandise commercials throughout the film.

Hey. You leave Maury alone. That's some quality tv show right there

The prequels were better, hell the Clone Wars movie was better

While I do think TLJ was better acted and directed than the prequels, midichlorians aside (which Lucas definitely toned down the importance of in Ep 2 & 3), at least the prequels didn't shit all over the lore and characters. They also benefit from not having a Mary Sue. If Lucas had less yes men and more help writing, they could have been classics.

Something I just noticed and thought was important to bring up, I messed up on my Ep 2 drop calculation. In the end, it's looking like TLJ will have a larger drop than Ep 2 did. Remember, at the time Ep 2 was the worst received/reviewed SW movie. It dropped ~35% from Ep 1. TLJ is going to end up ~36% down from TFA.

You didn't take any issues with Darth Vader and Yoda?
