It truly is a destruction !

Kirby Battle Royale on 3DS did the same numbers this week than it's launch week, will probably do 150k LT sales but it's just a spin-off.

Kirby Star Allies is coming to dominate !

BTW, Pokémon, SMO, MK8DX and Splatoon 2 are demons in terms of sales. We'll get 3 million sellers at the end of this holiday in Japan alone !!

The Switch will definitely go over WiiU's Japanese LT sales by next month. The real question is how fast the Switch will outsell the PS4 and Vita there. Once that happens, it will be interesting to see what will happen in terms of software support. I wonder if smaller Japanese studio's will be brave enough to develop games for Sony's main competitor.

Long-term I'm expecting to see a lot of give and take in Japan. Outside of deals with Sony and Nintendo themselves, there's little reason for most Japanese developers to not have their previously Sony only, and Nintendo only IP start appearing on both the PS4 and Switch.

    Go Nintendo Switch!
