The thing is your opinion is ridiculous. Here is my opinion for example. Xbox1 will over take ps4 sales WW next year ltd. But its ok because its my opinion.

 

And switch sales count as 1 sale not 2. Your opinion has holes in then you dont even kno.

 

If 1 switch is wiiu+3ds then that means it doesnt need both sales combine. Why would i who bought 3 3ds and 1 wiiU need to buy 4 switches?

Original (exploded because left on charger for too long) then an XL and finally a n3ds (pokemon edition)

 

Not too mention my sis and bro has 1 each. Switch only my bro has it (i dont live with them) while my sis uses it as home console.

Totally understand you getting another Pokemon edition one though, those look awesome! But that also gives you reason to buy a 2nd Switch sooner or later doesn't it?

A super switch when it comes out lol. Depends. But as pointed out before. If some1 were to buy a wiiu/3ds each why would that same person buy 3 switches?

 

Anyway i wont bring you into that lol. Your just that bustander that jumps in whenevr convient :p

The fact that the switch is JUST behind 3ds aligned, even WITH the massive push they did with the 3ds price drop, at 50$ more than the 3ds launch price, really says something.

Want to be more specific? Last i checked switch>>>>>3DS+WiiU when it comes to actually making money. Im sure nintendo is happy with the results either way. And tbf switch wont be getting 2 new mario karts/ 2 new 2D Marios /etc.

OK so if we use this logic no Nintendos gaming install Base is rather small because their fans buy multiple consoles. BTW 3ds got a hardware upgrade too. Ps4 wasn't the first with this trend.

Sure im find with that. Slim/XL models are the same thing but n3ds/ps4pro/x1x are all mid gen upgrades. So then 3ds install base isnt as high. Ps3 is still ahead of the ps4.

 

As for nintendo fans that helps my argument to why you shouldnt compare switch to both wiiu/3ds.

If someone is going to argue 3ds + Wii U they first need to prove that both these user bases are fully separate entities from each other as it's likely many Wii U owners had a 3DS as well causing an overlap in userbase, why they need to prove this is because by adding the totals of both platforms and trying to declare its behind you're essentially trying to say that each number is separate consumer as a total userbase.

To further highlight this if half of Wii U owners had a 3DS then that half would have to be subtracted from the total when doing the comparison as that's the overlap in the userbase and given how low Wii U sales are it may even be possible they all have 3DS'.
