Due to MS' lack of new IPs and solely relying on Multi-platform support (and BC), I think the Tie Ratio will start to swing strongly in Sony's favour this year. They are already selling 2:1 on most multi-platform titles and this will shift to 3:1 and more by the end of the 2018.

Probably, but I think that we should wait and see. 2:1 for multi-platform titles is a normal thing for 2:1 hardware ratio.
