Yupp... MS was right, its like one of their first party titles alright. Maybe next time try and develop a franchise that is worth a damn rather than buy up poorly optimized PC ports. Because lets face it, in this state this is unnacaptable.

Just bought my copy and it's downloading right now.
Its Game Preview so I expected the game to run not so well but I hope they can polish the frame rate in a few weeks.

The game has been running like shit on PC for months, i don't think they will be able to fix the game by themselves (much less in weeks). Either MS takes part in the process or by 2045 the game will still be in Beta.

The game runs good on PC now and they're adding some more optimization when 1.0 comes out later this month. I feel that people saying the game ran like shit a few months ago was justified but now if the game runs like shit for someone they need a new PC because it runs pretty well now.

Considering how bad the frames are I wouldn't be surprised if the game had a steady 30fps with maybe some slight drops by mid January.

4 fps? Oh man, this was a great deal for Microsoft.

I already can see the ads.

“Exclusive Photo mode, exclusively on the Xbox One (exclusive)”

The game looks like it's from 2010. Why is it having difficulty running properly? Is it because of the large amount of players?

Microsoft issuing refunds for PUBG

Often times, software is more important than hardware.

Devs gotta get on with fixing this.

Kudos for Microsoft Customer Service.

See guys? Being Early Access/Beta Game is no excuse for shitty performance, specially because you are PAYING for the game.

Nobody would give AF if the game was Free.

Look at how MS returns your money with no BS excuse.

Imagine if you were like:

A) "So Microsoft, i want my money back. The game's performance is just too rough around the edges, im not pleased with the product"

B) "Thank you for calling, but the game is a Beta so we cannot return your money. Thanks for calling."

Underwhelming performance on a Beta Game IS a valid reason to complain.

You can get any digital game refunded by Microsoft if you have played less than 2 hours but in some cases if you call them an explain your issue they will refund it for you. I did that with NBA 2K16.

But that's what you're paying for with early access games. You're paying for an unfinished copy of a game that will have issues. The feedback the community gives will help the game develop and fixes will be made. If you don't want to pay for an unfinished game wait for it to leave early access.

Terrible, they gotta optimize this game.

Surprised to see its hitting 1080p and 4K though. It shows CPU is the primary issue.

Companies already sell poorly optimized full price finished games, why would they not be allowed to sell games clearly marked early access/game preview?

Wow...smdh.

If some companies do it that makes this situation alright, right?

If some companies do what, have rough early access games? They all have rough early access games. It’s almost as if these early access games are like, unfinished games still being worked on and not yet released.
