I still play 4 on 3DS every now and then. On Switch, it would blow my mind!

60 fps is a requirement, or else it wouldn't be arcade perfect, and wouldn't be playable at anything less.
Also, Sony paid for Street Fighter V's development, it wont come to switch. However, it's still possible for Street Fighter IV to come.
