You can animate it by simply grabbing it and moving it, but that isn't accurate enough for my liking and wouldn't allow for complex platform movement. using logic to create that complex movement, recording and then deleting the logic would work perfectly though.

over at Era people also spotted an option for keyframe animation, which generates animation between 2 keyframes automatically  - that should be easily be able to perform precise movement of platforms etc

They answered a question in the Twitch chat yesterday where they confirmed keyframe animation.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

It was my mistake, sorry. The videos I was searching for weren't on the Playstation Twitch channel but Media Molecules one, the one posted in the OP of this thread. But thanks anyway. Cheers

The PS5 Exists.

Impressed this is still happening. Like to get my hands on it at some point.

I don't think you quite understand what I mean. I'm talking about when you take an object (a piece for platforming on) and simply move it to animate it. Free hand it's going to have a certain amount of jitter and for even more complex movements of that piece, it's going to be impossible to make it look smooth. Perhaps you want it to start moving forward, do a loop the loop, reverse, move along again and then do another loop the loop to get to the higher platform. Logic would take up more thermal space but if you used logic, recorder the full action and then deleted the logic, you've got a much cheaper way of having the exact accuracy without the presence of logic.
