So is the gameplay like in Nioh or more hack`n slash?

More stealthy I assume...more Ninja Samurai style.

Damn. Oh well...

And yeah, they definitely stated it has been in development for three years already and Sony had already stated that they had decided to don’t how the game too far from release. That said I guess everybody expected 2019 already, 2018 is pretty packed already.

We knew almost all of these things?

I guess I didn't know the last three really, although I don't know why I should care about mo-cap in game. It was pretty cool seeing them being interviewed though even though they were a bit awkward on stage. I want a special edition of this game that comes with uncut footage of the mo cap stickers falling off the horses and the crew putting them back on xD

I think most of what we 'knew' about Ghost were guesses informed by the initial trailer, with most of the speculation being spot on. (Plus a "wtf" bit with the mocap horses to end this list on a light note).

If its development for 3 years then it should be ready anytime now right?

Well they began planning infamous second son in 2010, and it got released on March 21, 2014. who knows how long Ghost will take.

CPU: Ryzen 7950X
GPU: MSI 4090 SUPRIM X 24G
Motherboard: MSI MEG X670E GODLIKE
RAM: CORSAIR DOMINATOR PLATINUM 32GB DDR5
SSD: Kingston FURY Renegade 4TB
Gaming Console: PLAYSTATION 5

Am glad that it is not another infamous game. Makes me interested for sure.

The fuck do they need 7 years for? Last gen you could develop two games in that timespan.

New IP, new setting, new engine (in the case of Horizon), etc. Horizon didn't actually need 7, but it spent some time in the 'concept oven' while most of the devs were still working on the previous title. As far as 'Ghost Sushi' goes, it sounds like the environment is finished, the gameplay is still being worked on, and who knows how much of the story has been nailed down aside from the core concept. 2019 sounds plausible IMO, especially with Sucker Punch working with Japan Studios.
