Which category are you?

I'm buying it 11 21.57%

I was going to buy it, but not now 13 25.49%

I already bought it for PS4/X1/PC 10 19.61%

I was never interested 17 33.33%

Too late now. Besides the Wii U port being axed leaving a bad taste in my mouth, Mario Odyssey ended up being an extreme collectathon, so I've had my fix.

Around the Network

I'm getting it either way, I backed it on Kickstarter.

I only care about getting it so I can say Kickstarter never ripped me off. Otherwise, my interest in playing it has pretty much completely dissipated at this point.

I planned on getting it but I thought it looked pretty bland, so I lost interest over time and I'm unlikely to get it on the Switch. I'd rather have A Hat in Time ported instead.

Current Switch Library:
-Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild: DLC needs to be completed
-Mario + Rabbids: haven't even begun the campaign
-Shantae: 1/2 Genie Hero: 100% complete
-Resident Evil Revelations: 80% complete
-WWE 2K18: Barely scratched the surface
-NBA Playgrounds: Barely scratched the surface
-Splatoon 2: infinite replayability
-Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Only played a few hours
-ARMS: a lot of content to discover
-Snipperclips: Only played a couple of hours
-Resident Evil Revelations 2: haven't even started
-DOOM: Nintendo is dooooomed!
-Skyrim: Not even close to being done
-Super Mario Odyssey: Only have about 600 moons
-Mario Kart 8: infinite replayability
-Rayman Legends: tons left before I see the end credits
-NBA 2K18: infinite replayability
-Fire Emblem Warriors: still have a lot of campaign to complete
-Dragon Ball Z Xenoverse 2: barely scratched the surface
-Blaster Master Zero: still have a few things to go back and do
-Sonic Mania: about 25% complete
-Fate Extella: About 10% complete
-Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap: about 10% complete

So, unless a game starts with "Bayo" and ends with "Netta", I'm not buying ANYTHING!!

I was gonna get it, but I checked on eshop yesterday and was shocked at the price: $60 AUD!?

No way. I'll get it when it's only sale for like $20.

I would've got it on Switch if it didn't take half a year for it to come out

Got it for the PS4 already and it's kind of meh.

It has the same problem as Banjo Tooie (and to an extent DK64) where the worlds are hard to navigate. The size, lack of any map, lap of warp points IIRC, and not too many really distinct landmark means a lot of time is spent just wandering around hoping to stumble on the next pagie. I'll probably finish it at some point, but it's not really worth it unless you're a huge fan of the genre.

Never played a Banjo game, and the reviews for this one were bad, so I won't bother with it.

Intel Core i7 8700K | 32 GB DDR 4 PC 3200 | ROG STRIX Z370-F Gaming | RTX 3090 FE| Crappy Monitor| HTC Vive Pro :3

So, did anyone here end up getting it?
