GTS sold over 900k retail and probably around 1.3M total FW.

FM7 sold less than 200k FW.

So again I keep asking you how doing the MS route would help GT sell more, since that was your first point. But then you retort to the game quality. And so I ask you, so the was all GT games better than FM? Because try as most as you want X360 had similar userbase than PS3.

If they went Ms route they had a bigger team had way more content had Not pissed fans off by destroying the essence of the franchise.

It would have rivaled GT5 first week and first month's numbers not struggled to achieve GT6s failure of a sales count.

Can you repeat that, it lacks grammatical sense and I can't make out what you are asking exactly.

So your claim is that if he done what MS done (that either led to less sales off FM sequels, or at least didn't stop it going down) would make GT sell more?

Low xbox sales led to lower sales, or you think less then a 3rd user base does not affect game sales.  Especially racing games, in europe.

IF PD created a good game like TT constantely doesmuch with MS support, GTsport would have sold a way way better.

If you had played the game yourself you’d know that he is telling the truth.

GTS in first week sold more than Forza lifetime. After price drop, updates and announcements, bundles and Black Friday the game is probably at 3 million already and will be a keeper.

Stop bringing the Horizon series into the equation, it doesn’t count, no matter how hard you try.

I have it and he's Straight up lying.  When he says it's like any GT just more i don't expect then to see.

Far inferior track and vehicle count.
Mostly fake fantasy tracks.
No offline campaign/championships.
No vehicle engine or body modifications.
No dynamic weather.
No track editor.

When he says it's GT but more i expect a full GT content and features game but with competent working online.

Who cares, this is GT it's supposed to do better than the low numbers they got.  Gt was like COD, its sales weren't at all comparable to any genre competitor.  Gtsport low sales are low for GT, i don't care if it's higher the Forzs or NFS.  Forza has actual logical reasons for lower sales, GTsport does not.  other than the quality of the game.  What does that mean, Forza life time.   Given factually GTs first week has not out sold a single Forza's lift time sales.   So i'm not sure what are you attempting to claim.

What doesn't count, that near most other sony devs are doing record numbers while PD is struggling to match their lowest ever.  Yahh id want to avoid such facts also if i were defending a sub par product.  Glad you agree it's not a keeper now, maybe potentially with enough updates sure but i have serious reservation given PD slow development ways.

He was always talking about what the game will be aiming at to become. Like GT5, that didn't have weather until it got the weather update, and tracks and cars and... it's always been like that with GT games. This time they had to start anew and made a clean cut, no old PS2 modelled BS...and PD / Kazunori Yamauchi have always been upfront about it. Of course that takes time and a lot of work, considering the stunning amount of detail they put into the game. If you'd own it you wouldn't even question it.

Also you make it look as if GTS was having problems to sell as much as GT6 was, when that's clearly not the case. GTS sold more first week with a smaller install base EVEN THOUGH it was marketed as online focused game.

Of course it sold less than a full fat GT7 would have sold but they clearly decided NOT to use all that old material and start a new series/platform instead.

And WTF why are you putting words in my mouth?! It sure IS a keeper because it will constantly be updated, mostly for free as always.

Is your only argument doubting my ownership, really show the sad state of affairs in PD/GT land that you can't make a worthy argument on the basis of the game quality/content.  It's a sub par GT release any way you spin things, i don't care about Kaz's lies about potential future.  Is that that hard to understand I that care what it is right now not about maybes or hopes, and right now it's sub par.  The low sales for a Gt the low reviews the massive amount of negativity just prove me right.  But do feel free to deny reality and resort to your sad little argument of doubting someone's ownership.

But i understand.

There is no intelligent logical rebuttal to make to facts.

Why do you keep spreading the lie of no offline content?! The game does have a campaign with easily 20-30 hours of single-player content. The Arcade and especially custom race mode offers any content you want on top of that, plus a career in the old GT-mode style is still announced for December...I hope they'll release it as a christmas present.

Your complains simply are not valid because that's what the game always was announced to be, as I already told you in my last post.

Way to contradict yourself.

your spin is irrelevant.

what about  is going to contain don't you understand?! He always said it will evolve over time.

There is a reason body modifications aren't possible in an online focused racing game. Did GT6 have a livery editor?! Did it have a Scapes mode?! Did it have an iRacing rivalling online mode?! As I told you already, even though the normal single player content is structured differently than before it still has a lot of content already.

What did you expect?! PD aren't like Turn 10 who hire indian and chinese companies to model the cars for them. If you'd know a thing about game development you'd actually try to understand, but you're just here hating anyway, so whatever.

Remember this is week one sales.

Ohh yahh.  Still doubt it, it got weak reviews everywhere.

Not a game you want to risk buying digital.

Personally i got a used copy 4 days after launch.

Warned ~ CGI

You probably over paid then because it went down in price brand new after a couple of weeks :D

Anyway I got a copy with a new Pro console so as far as sony are concerned - job done.

Making an indie game : Dead of Day!

sure they are, but ok lol.  GT6 sure was supposed to have it, was announced and on the official GT6 page.  And in typical Kaz lies and broken promises fashion it never happened.

LoL actually the liver editor, was first announced at Tokyo game show 2006.  https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/the-i-want-a-livery-editor-thread.282353/

And i'm not a racist like you,  i think it's great TT hires out to world wide developers like the Chinese and Indians and given me a full content filled game.

So you want to make me believe that a game that sold 2M on a 30M userbase would magically have sold 5M on a userbase of 70M? Because that is the line of your posting.

I have put about 10 times the comparison of FW, FM, LT sale for games like GT, FM, GoW (gears) and Halo, and you see what is quite relevant on then... the size of userbase had almost no relevancy.

And as you claim Forza is the best console simulator, why isn't people buying X1 to play it, but funny enough they are buying PS4 to play the poor excuse for a game that is GTS?
