I hope Xenoblade 2 passes 160K in Japan. I believe that will ensure more games and it will really cement the Xeno franchise as Nintendo's FF.

Odyssey is now above Zelda and closing in on MK8D as biggest Switch exclusive of the year

and it looks like GT Sport will end up being PS4's biggest exclusive of the year as it closes in on Crash

So, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 had the best first week, now let's see if word of mouth can give it sustained sales.

I have been telling friends and some even asked me first if Xenoblade 2 was something for them. Kind of mixed because I can't really recommend this to anyone not into core JRPG's. It's a definite YES for those who do love playing JRPG's though.

Yeah, I would want to pick it up, but I like starting at the first game in the series and I don't have the previous Xenoblade games so I'm hesitant to get it. Also, yes, I didn't forget about you, I just haven't booted up my Switch in a while XD I'll probably have time this week to add you though!

Please do. I'm hoping when we all get our stuff together we can maybe try out Nine Parchments together with Alchy or something.

The Playlink games seems to be doing decent lol.
Also a strong week for Nintendo with SMO and XC2.

Slightly depressed that Star Wars Battlefront II is doing so well...

Signature goes here!

At first I thought that was a really bad position for Xenoblade 2 but then I realised we're now in Holiday mode. Being up from X is good news; hopefully this one can take the series above the million mark.

Looks decent for Xeno2. I guess portability & the new design has helped.

Skyrim, LA Noire and Doom however drowned beneath the top 40 this week, confirming Switch audience's lack of appetite for 3rd party games. Gear Club Unlimited is some atomic bomba : #32 in the Switch chart below "Ben 10" or whatever it is. I saw Nintendo France pushing this title as an alternative to GT or Forza, in which they seem to have failed in epic proportions. Taking all that into account, the risk of Western 3rd parties ignoring the Switch in the future is rising alarmingly.

Looks like GT Sport can still end up PS4 best-selling exclusive in the UK

It's up in France too. Amazing how Sony managed to save it from certain disaster. Playlink is getting impressive results too.
