LOL, AT&T, who Trump supporters like to toot their horn as proof that trickle-down economics works (spoiler: it doesn't) has already announced it plans to lay off over a thousand employees.

But wait, it gets better: the $1,000 bonuses were NOT the result of the GOP Tax Scam, but Union heads who already negotiated for them weeks ago.

Bbbbbbbbbut I thought this bill was supposed to spur hiring and improve the economy? Oh wait, who am I kidding? Tax cuts for the wealthy have NEVER done either of those things, remember the Bush tax cuts? His failed tax plan was costing us 700k-800k jobs a month at the end of his presidency! Hell, Kansas tried passing similar tax cuts and they were ranked third worst in the nation economically. It was so bad that the Republican-controlled legislature actually ROLLED BACK their own failed tax plan, how 'bout them apples?

Did you honestly say Trump is not corrupted just because he bad mouthes the free press, the one democratic instrument there to keep the people in power in check?!

Trump is greatly corrupted by his friends, the people he works for. He’s possibly more corrupt than any of the American presidents before him. It’s astonishing people are still that naive to believe that ‘drain the swamp’ rhetoric after all he’s done.

CNN is further from free press than Fox News, which is saying a whole lot considering Fox uses fear tactics to control their older conservative base, whether or not it's factually true. At LEAST Fox OCCASIONALLY acknowledges the other side while CNN demonizes it at all costs (being a Libertarian in a household commonly watching Fox, I know it firsthand).

Free press is a medium where there are no holdbacks according to government or political ideology. Media companies like CNN, NY Times, Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. are funded predominantly by large corporations with political backings and by rich politicians. These companies control the money and want these cable news networks and newspapers to report their desires, meaning that these companies are bitches to their sponsors/donors and not a free press. Free press is where only actual and truthful news is reported, and both sides have fair representation and hear each other out. If you think a place like CNN, the E! News of the political landscape, is a credible source, then you are full of it.

Why does Trump put forth Fox before other news networks? Two reasons, to stroke his ego (he's a New York businessman, he's gonna have an ego, just deal with it and quit being offended by it) and to acknowledge that they actually report good things instead of skewing it like CNN.

Lastly, I voted for Trump as I stated earlier, but am not a cultist follower or Trump's personal bitch. I will call him out whenever he actually does something wrong, immoral, or illegal and it is justified.

I will say the only thing so far I did not approve of Trump University, but the Clinton's did basically the same thing, so in all honesty it doesn't hold as much weight as it would have if it had only been Trump. However, that's what you get when you nominate the worst candidate in history.

Fox is not news; it's agenda-driven entertainment.

If you watch Outfoxed, you'll see that they build their broadcasts around repetitive talking points. Theres no journalistic initiative involved, and it literally qualifies as propaganda.

Yeah, that's pretty much what ALL the news are today, and I believe Fox is no exception (I don't know as I've never wathed Fox).

He's done more than any President in their first term. The tax bill alone will have a massive impact on families across the country. Seriously have to pause and look at the overall impact he's had and only the most partisan or ill informed will claim he's had a unsuccessful first year.

Christ after the tax bill passed you have media outlets grudgingly write articles about how well his first year has been. I am looking towards the next 7 years.

Way to ignore the entire point just to get a pointless jab on Fox, even though I already did that if you bothered to read it. Every single news station is garbage, some just more blatant than others.

It doesn't qualify as news, so it's unlike the others. Also, being from New York has nothing to do with the fact that he's apparently mentally ill.

No one should argue that news outlets are not biased, as they all are biased towards what secures advertising dollars for their demographics.

I see a pattern here: you're calling out one news outlet for bullshit, whereas everyone else is pointing you out, that all the other news outlets are equally bullshit. Then you ignore what others just told you, and keep repeating your obvious dislike towards a certain news outlet. We heard you already, there's really no point in repeating it. See, people aren't actually even disagreeing you, only calling you out for your bias.

You're implying words I never said. New York Business tycoons are different from New Yorkers in general. Stop mishearing words and actually try to develop a coherent argument instead of just trying to demonize the other side with words they/I never said.
