I know it's independent, and to be honest I agree with your point, but if it is an exclusive to Xbox it still counts.

I don't think it's rumored to be multiplat?

-Built in HDD (Xbox)

-Achievements/trophies (Xbox 360)

-online profile (Xbox 360)

-Streaming video on consoles (Xbox 360)

-Downloadable game library (Xbox 360)

-cloud storage (Xbox 360)

-Broadband gaming (Xbox)

I'm sure some (if not most) of these were on PC, though. I'm not a PC gamer so I don't know.

We don't know if it's exclusive to Xbox but the location of the developer and genre line up with a job listing for an exclusive Xbox game.

They'll  partner with an external studio on a game. Spencer recognizes the need for exclusives, so they will work with someone again like Platinum and Scalebound. Timed exclusive stuff isn't their priority right now, so they probably have some cash lying around.
