I assume you read my post and are just messing with me, but I'm going to post it again anyway, unless you have a source that doesn't stem from this.

...

I'm assuming your source is this post on neogaf saying 18% of ps4's sold in nov+dec were Pro's. However the article he quotes doesn't have that information in it anywhere. the bolded is no where in the actual article.

This is what he posts: "The PlayStation 4 was the top-selling hardware system in the month and the PlayStation 4 Slim System 500GB Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Bundle was the month's top seller, driving 1.2m units of consumer sales. The PlayStation 4 Pro accounted for 18 percent of total PlayStation 4 units sold in the November-December period," noted Naji, adding, "Year-on-year there was a 10 percent increase in the number of Xbox One systems sold during December 2016."

This is what the article actually says: "The PlayStation 4 was the top-selling hardware system in the month and the PlayStation 4 Slim System 500GB Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Bundle was the month's top seller," noted Naji, adding, "Year-on-year there was a 10 percent increase in the number of Xbox One systems sold during December 2016."

The 480k figure comes from a percentage that doesn't actually exist in the article quoted.

Mentioning the Switch and Xbox one X in a report and completely leaving out any mention of the "everywhere sold out ps4 slim" ..man call it whatever you want really. Its pretty obvious what is going on.

resetera same shit as gaf no matter how often they rename themselves. just take a peek into the NPD thread...

oh yeah 600k xbox one x..congratulations but i dont put much value into any analysts opinion especially not if he is active in certain forums.

So.. Exact same writer and website in dualshockers both posted on the same day but this is the article that you decide to question? The NPD analyst making a fair prediction about all 3 companies chances of winning?

it doesnt matter where its coming from or who wrote it, its about not putting value into analyst opinions that partake in the console warz.

And you really wanna hang yourself up on that comment lol? you should know better what it actually means

go dig some more through my post history since you are so invested lol.

I don't get what's your point? I mean, the 480k number is not official, sure... i think no one is saying that. But is a very good estimate and numbers can't be that much difference, so we use it, anything wrong or there something more i don't know?

Damn... 600k or more Xbox One X is pretty crazy for 2017 alone. How much did the pro sell comparatively?

I was expecting that at least 10% of the 30+M X1 owners would upgrade within the first year (there are just too many battered hardcore XBoxers out there). Maybe up to half of them within the first two months.

So 600k X1X for 2017 would actually be pretty disappointing.I'm still seeing 1M.

600k seems normal to me. I was expecting numbers like that. Hardcore fans were set to upgrade. A couple million will do so at least.

Pro did about 500k combined between November and December npd. this npd analyst is saying he expects it to "blow past" 600k in November + December npd. That sounds pretty good to me.

Halo MCC will sell 5+ million copies(including digital)

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.
