January can't come soon enough, saying that I expecting Nintendo will show some game at Game Awards in December.

Nah, it'll just be Zelda DLC.  Doubting any new games.  They'll advertise Xeno2 and Mario Odyssey bundle through December, then announce a direct on the 7th or 8th of January.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

I'm sure it has to be for Nintendo to be expecting the sales they are next year.

I'm not really excited for the Switch's line-up next year myself, I guess because I don't know for sure which games are coming out

Well then it's not that you aren't excited for the line-up, it's that there is none known yet : P

I imagined OP saying all this in an arrogant Kamina voice

For me, I've honestly been more excited for Fire Emblem Switch than Breath of the Wild or Mario Odyssey since it's announcement in January. 2018 will probably be better just on the sheer fact that game comes out.

Pretty excited for Blade Strangers.

I won't get hyped since I don't know what games are coming out, but I AM optimistic; Nintendo have yet again showed that we shouldn't underestimate them. The line up for this year is good enough to justify buying a Switch

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

It’s line up will be good. Several weeks this year 10 + games have been added. The console is selling well and holiday will only help.

Zelda DLC will probably be out buy Game Awards, remember they showed Zelda BotW in game awards 2014, so I definitely think there are good chances they will one big Switch game. One announcement at Game Awards in December don't go against January Direct in any case.

Actually I am more interested in Switch 2018. 3rd party lineup, because more-less I know what titles we can expect from Nintendo.

I expect Nintendo will continue to follow the trend of 1-2 big AAA games (either from them or a third party) a month.

I think there’s a good chance of these AAA games in 2018:

-Animal Crossing
-Yoshi
-Kirby
-Fire Emblem
-Pikmin
-Smash Bros
-Wolfenstein
-No More Heroes
-Dragon Quest

That’s 9 AAA games (not including small indies) already. Means at minimum of one game a month would go to September.

There’s also a slim chance we see games in 2018 like:

-GTA
-2D MARIO
-Mario Maker
-Retro’s “secret” game
-Monster Hunter
-Metroid
-Pokemon

Along with every unknown game that may have started developed for the Switch either being port or original after successful Switch launch.
