Any brazillian can understand spanish fairly well,it's really close to portuguese. Obviously it has a lot of differences too,but it wasn't really difficult to learn it.In fact,if you know portuguese, you can learn any other latin-based language really fast.

"La primera hora de la manana" is "a primeira hora da manhã" in portuguese, for example.

Nice! So, would you rather speak here or on Discord?

I can help you with Spanish. I'm looking to be fluent in the next 3-4 years.

I can help you with Spanish and Nahuatl, though probably the latter doesn't interest you.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

I only know English with hints of German and Spanish. With that said, when I used to work at an oil refinery, our general manager who came straight from Israel could fluently speak 5 languages. He was ~65 and extremely intelligent. So yes it's possible (:

English, polish, german and french is what I've learned. French is mostly lost on me. I don't find any use for that language, so it's mostly gone. Would love to learn japanese.
