That's a shame, we'll probably start to miss out on certain titles here having physical releases and instead forced to import from overseas.

Its BS that ESRB is an obstacle, but most of this indie junk doesn't need physical releases. It feels more self serving for the studios.

Maybe the more simplistic junk should be released as a bundle of multiple games on a disc. That was pretty common last gen.

No reason for a game to need to be re-rated if it already had one, and the only change is a digital game is now on physical media. That is a stupid change.

I stand by it! Again, I don't like this ESRB obstacle but I feel games worthy of a physical release can easily pay the fee.

Otherwise just bundle multiple games on a disc, split the cost. Those are the games that appeal to a small number.

Again, it wasn't uncommon for indie game bundles last gen. Sometimes they would get bundled with the console, controllers, Xbox Live passes, etc. Now its a bad thing?
