Forums - Sales Discussion - Official Hardware Adjustments

This is a very, very minor grip, almost unworthy of mentioning... but there is something wrong with the Switch logo in the bar charts. Seems like there are white pixels all around the logo like the embedding has gone wrong. It strikes depending on your screen settings.

This isn't nearly as important as adjustments, but if you have a list of minor fixes for the latter...

The Switch was at 7M sold-through as of the 29th of October. So something is amiss.

You're making things up.

When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.

When are you guys going to stop tracking Wii U, PS3 & 360? They do such insignificant numbers that it seems pointless keeping track of.

We can't stop until the PS3 and 360 reach 87 and 86 million respectively.
86.9 and 85.8 are nowhere near as pretty and satisfying. Come on, man!

At 573 units per week and 107k units left to sell, PS3 will have an uphill battle to reach 87 million. It can't afford to decline any further.

At 444 units per week and 192k units left to sell, Xbox 360 is done. There's no way it's reaching 86 million.

Look at how far their weekly baselines have tumbled this year:

Just stop it lawlight,, ir event is about FY17/18 Q2 sales performance, sales figure must be as of Septhember 30th...
Super Mario odyssey happened to release in the time of FYQ2 financial results announcement, so they included the first week sales of smo in presentation by president to share more elating news with investors.

This is the supplemental information where they can include whatever information they want and not limited to Q2. If they chose to include sell through, why would they include old sell through numbers?

You believe what you want in any case.

They arent giving a specific number there.

We have shipment data at 7.63 million by the end of Sept.

3.11m in Americas, 1.95m in Japan and 2.56m in Other

NPD has Switch over 300k & Media Create has it over 230k in Oct. Lets give all the other regions a conservative 170k and you have about 700k for Oct.

That would put Switch sales under 6.3 million by the end of Sept or in other words close to 1.5 million still on shelves which is obviously not the case.

1.5M on shelf, in transit or in warehouses seem plausible to me.
